*Compensation:*
* $75-130,000 year in salary
* Comprehensive health and dental plan
* Retirement plan
* 403B tax deferred savings plan with employer match
* Vacation (4 weeks first 2 years then 5 weeks)
* 1 week CME with $3500 annual CME stipend
* Malpractice provided.
* Up to $10k in relocation expenses

*1. About the Phsyiatry Opening:*
- Busy Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation group in central Vermont 
looking for Physician
  Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join group of 2 physicians. No call, 
no weekends
- Practice consists of pain management; predominantly outpatient clinic 
with some
inpatient consults possible. New evaluations and follow-ups. Injections 
commensurate
with experience level, but not required. Minimal use of chronic narcotics.
- Spine Clinic under development, with potential role based on 
experience/desire
- Practice offers Acupuncture and Manipulation

*2. About the Nursing Home/Primary care Opening:*
-We are looking for an experienced (minimum two years) IM or FP Nurse 
Practitioner to
work fulltime at two local nursing homes. The staff will consist of one 
MD, and two APPs.
-Family Nurse Practitioner who enjoys and is able to work with a high 
degree of autonomy.
-This is a new, employed position. There will be no outpatient component.
-Week day job with set shifts and a possibility of some weekend call.

*3. About the Digestive Disease Services/Gastroenterology Opening:*
-Busy Digestive Service group in central Vermont looking for Advanced 
Practice provider to
join 2 physicians.
-This position is important in order to keep up with the growth in the 
practice. Practice
consists of predominantly outpatient clinic, new evaluations and follow-up.
-Practice offers treatment for Hepatitis C, but not expected for 
Advanced Practice provider to
treat.
-Occasional call/weekends a possibility
-Two nurses in the practice
-Cerner EMR
