*Urgent Care/Walk In Care Clinic seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP 
or PA/Physician
Assistant to work in Michigan's Upper Peninsula-near the Escanaba, MI 
area!* Population of
4,000 on the lake. Student loan repayment and 1.5 months off per year!

FNP or PA will get to be a part of a growing clinic that caters to the 
people in a rural community
on the lake while working in a fun-loving laid back practice! 
Appointment are made same-day
and the FNP or PA will have the opportunity to build relationships with 
patients and staff long
term!

*Requirement:*
* 3 years FNP or PA work experience. Or 3 years Emergency Room RN 
experience.
* Wants to work in a laid back, 'have fun' work environment.

*About:*
* 8a-6p, 4-10 hr shifts per week, work 4 -- 10's then have 5 days off. 
Then the next week 3-10s
and 1 Saturday. Every other Saturday. FNP or PA will work sometimes 
alone with 1 RN and 1
clerk and sometimes with another FNP.
* 8-24 patients seen per day in a 10 hour shift. Treating all ages.
* Possible I&Ds and splinting, no casting or suturing. Lots of coughs, 
colds, flu, Anything
Major or classified as Urgent Care will go to ED/emergency room
* PA/Physician Assistant or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ 
MSN / CRNP /
ARNP/ ACNP/ FNP-BC, Nurse Practitioner will work in an urgent care -- 
walk in care setting
with emergency care/ER nearby.
* preliminary interpretation on x-rays -- will have final read by 
radiologist. EMR -- yes.

*Compensation: *
* $81-111,000/year in salary.
* 6 weeks/ 1.5 months off per year! Included sick, vacation and holidays
* Student loan repayment!
* $3500 for CME's and 1 week off.
* Excellent medical, dental, Life=100k, 401k/403B. Pension, STD,LTD, and 
vision insurance,
Pension contribution 3%.
