South Sound Clinic, Olympia, WA

*Summary*
The Medical Provider's primary responsibility is to evaluate patients' 
opioid addiction and
prescribe/adjust appropriate opioid replacement medications as 
indicated. This position shall
be a licensed physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant.

*Qualifications*
Position requires an MD degree and an active physician license in the 
state of Washington.
Nurse Practitioners shall be certified and licensed as a nurse 
practitioner in Washington State.
Physician Assistants shall be licensed as a physician assistant in 
Washington State. All
Medical Providers must also have Schedule II and below prescriptive 
authority from
Washington State.

Experience in drug abuse treatment desired.
