Illinois Licensed Nurse
Practitioner. Responsibilities will include integrating and supervising 
patient care with other
physicians, trigger point, joint injections and weight loss injections. 
Will train right applicant.
Part time position available (20 to 30 hours per week). No weekends, no 
evenings, and no on
