*Florida Blue Retail Center is looking for Advanced Registered Nurse 
Practitioner (ARNP)
license to join our team in Ft. Meyers! *

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:*
* Function independently to perform Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) at an 
efficient level of
productivity in retail center
* Thoroughly assess and document member health data via electronic 
platform to ensure the
highest quality HRA is submitted
* Facilitate relationships with members by completing confirmation 
calls, honoring reasonable
scheduling requests and providing exceptional customer service
* Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership in day-to-day 
operations, training/
education and administrative processes
* Complete related daily duties, to include: correcting documentation 
errors on forms and
resubmitting, submitting visit support documents and electronically 
signing all completed
HRAs.
* Complete documentation and duties within specified guidelines and 
timeframes.
* Engage in health and wellness coaching including evaluating, 
interpreting and administering
personal health assessments, including collection of biometrics (e.g., 
blood pressure, blood
sample)
* Educate members on the importance of preventive health measures; 
assist in identifying and
resolving barriers to care and care gaps
* Facilitate and/or support outreach, community projects or special 
events, educating on
wellness and lifestyle topics
* Assist members with understanding benefits, authorization requirements 
and cost and
quality measures.
* Efficiently navigate numerous applications and systems to obtain 
accurate information to
assist members
* Other miscellaneous responsibilities may be assigned by Retail Center 
Director

*Job Requirements:*
* Active Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license in Florida
* 4 or more years of experience with hands-on patient/client 
interaction, including experience
providing health education and/or coaching
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Demonstrated sensitivity and competence in working with members of 
diverse cultures and
socioeconomic backgrounds
* Strong technical/computer skills, including ability to utilize a 
tablet, experience with electronic
medical records and proficiency with Microsoft office programs
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or obtain within 60 days of hire
* Certified Health Coach (CHC) or obtain within 6 months of hire
* Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays

*Business Specific Criteria (preferred skills):*
* Ability to conduct clinical conversations in Spanish (Bilingual needed 
in Winter Park and
Ft. Lauderdale locations)
* 3 or more years of managed care, case management, disease management, 
clinical
nursing or home health care experience
* Experience working with health insurance plans, terminology and benefits
* Experience working in a Sales/Marketing environment
* Experience teaching or coaching others to use web-based tools
