Minnetonka, MN *

Park Nicollet Clinic is seeking a full-time ANP, GNP or FNP to join its 
team of physicians and
residents who work collaboratively to provide medical home visits to an 
aging population. The
ARNP will provide full-spectrum of care including health promotion, 
screening, diagnosis and
disease management to our assisted living patients at their care 
facility. This individual will be
immersed in the family medicine resident facility team and will play a 
critical role in the
educational experience of our residents in the geriatric patient 
population. Passion for teaching
and providing care to geriatric patients is required.
