Provider centered primary care seeks a Physician Assistant/PA or Nurse 
Practitioner/NP to
work in family practice/internal medicine practice on the north side of 
Boston, Massachusetts!
20 minutes north of Boston – Woburn-Reading area.

This group experiences high retention/tenure with all members of their 
team! They highly
value each member of their team and gives them all the resources they 
need to be successful.
Plus the profit sharing plan is extremely attractive!

Requirements:
* NP that can do women’s health
* NP that lives North of Boston or can relocate North of Boston
* 4 years NP or PA primary care experience

Compensation:
* $95-111,000 annual salary depending on experience – plus an awesome 
profit sharing
that is unparalleled in the field
* 100% of medical benefits paid for the NP or PA, life, dental, vision, 
LTD and retirement
* 3-5 weeks per year paid time off, plus Holidays.

About the Family Practice Opening:
* M-F, 4 shifts per week or 5 shifts per week- flex schedule- 36-40 
hours a week
* Will work with 2 MDs and 1 other NP – will on occasion work alone, but 
mostly with other
providers on site
* NP will have a dedicated MA and receptionist. Will build up to seeing 
20-25 patients per
day
* APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / CRNP / ARNP/ ACNP/ 
ANP/FNP-BC,
Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner will see mostly adults - but can see 
all ages.
