Texas Geriatric Group seeks 3 Nurse Practitioner/NPs or Physician 
Assistant/PAs to work in a
geriatric primary care/palliative care/skilled nursing facility setting 
in San Antonio, Texas!

We serve close to 190,000 patients throughout Texas and Florida and have 
been an innovate
primary care group for Geriatric patients for over 25 years. Our focus 
is on quality and
prevention and we are looking for NPs and PAs to join our passion!

About:
* SNF 4 days a week, primary care clinic 1 day a week = Mon-Fri, no 
weekends, no call
* Seeing about 8 patients per day – post acute and short acute care 
patients
* Group is large, stable, growing and profitable. Medical provider owned 
group. MD support
always.
* MSN/ APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ARNP / FNP, GNP, ANP, 
ACNP, NP-BC,
Family, Adult, Acute Care or Gerontology Nurse Practitioner or Physician 
Assistant/PA-C will
see ages 50 and up
* Ideal candidate has experience with seniors, experience with diagnosis 
and assessment
of chronic illness, must be able to establish relationships, be 
personable, flexible and
adaptable.

Requirements:
* TX licensed
* Not open to new grads

Compensation:
* $90-104,000/year in salary.
* Excellent medical, life and retirement benefits
* 5 weeks paid time off per year.
