*Growing urgent care group seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP or 
Physician Assistant/PA
to treat all ages in an urgent care/walk in care setting in the Columbus 
Indiana area!* 40
minutes to Indianapolis

*Pay Package:*
* $89-104,000 year ($45-50/hour)
* 4 Weeks PTO plus 1.5 weeks in Holiday/Sick Time, $3,000 CME’s.
* Excellent medical, dental, LTD-STD, and life benefits. Group pays for 
95% of individual
medical benefits.

*About:*
* 3 shifts per week, 7a-7p. 1 Saturday or Sunday a month (either a 6, 8 
or 10 hour shift), no call.
* FNP or PA will work in 2 clinics. 1 clinic is a team setting working 
with other MD-NP-PA’s on
site seeing 35 patients a day. X ray on site
* The other clinic is working with no other NP-MD-PA on site but there 
will be ancillary staff. This
site will mostly be all coughs, colds, wellness checks at 15 minutes a 
visit. No X ray on site.
10-20 patients a day.
* APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / ARNP/ FNP-BC/, Family 
Nurse
Practitioner Physician Assistant/PA will treat patients of all ages in 
an urgent care/intermediate/
walk in care setting.
* Ideal candidates lives in the area (not Indy) or can relocate to the 
area.

*Requirement: *
* If a new grad, New grad must have ER/Emergency Care, occupational or 
urgent care
experience.
* Comfortable Working alone in 1 site, with ancillary staff-MA, etc., 
but no other MD-NP-PA.
