*Growing psychiatric and stroke rehab group seeks an Psychiatric Nurse 
Practitioner/
PMHNP, Gerontology NP or Adult NP to work in a skilled nursing facility 
setting/SNF/
assistant living in Fairfax Virginia!* Near Washington DC - part time or 
full time

The NP will get to work with autonomy in a group that is very 
knowledgeable and well known in
the psychiatric field in delivering services into SNF and assistant 
living settings! The ideal
candidate has geriatric and psychiatric experience and thrives off 
working with independence.
The NP will get to be in a new facility each day and make a big impact 
on their patients’ lives.

*About:*
* Generally 8a-5p, but you can have flexible hours/Pick your hours. If 
the works gets done and
patients are seen, then you can be done.
* 1 facility per day
* 1 hour new patient evals, then 25-40 minute follow up visits
* Adult or Family PMHNP/ Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / 
Psych certified APN/
MSN / ARNP / Psych CNS (Clinic Nurse Specialist), FNP, GNP/Gerontology 
or ANP will treat
ages 50 and up to work in Skilled Nursing Facilities- mental 
health/behavioral health.
* Lots of stroke/rehab patients in the nursing homes, some dementia 
patients. All patients
are 50 and up/geriatrics.
* Ideal candidate has psych mental health and geriatric experience

*Requirement:*
* Psych/Mental Health or stroke rehab experience required
* Likes and does well with autonomy

*Compensation:*
* $90-143,000 total annual salaried compensation.
* Excellent medical-100% paid of the individual, dental, vision, 
retirement, etc
* 3-4 weeks’ PTO each year ( 3 Weeks in first year), plus 6 holidays, 
CME’s and
reimbursement
