*Nurse Practitioner centered-community health group seeks a Family Nurse 
Practitioner /
FNP or Adult Nurse Practitioner / ANP to work in a team primary care 
setting in the
Harrisburg, PA area.* 10 minutes west of Harrisburg.

*About:*
* Clinic hours open Mon-Friday 8a-5p or 730-430p, 40 hrs a week, no 
weekends, shared
phone call only.
* FNP or ANP /APRN /MSN will treat all ages or just adults in primary 
care with 4 Medical
Assistants, 2 LPN’s, 2 NPs, 1 RN and supervisory MD’s
* Group values NP’s and will grow their NP model of care. The NP will 
work in a close team
and must have a team oriented mindset
* NP will treat on average 10-20 patients in 8 hours. Community health 
center takes a holistic
approach with great programs for all patients catering to an 
underprivileged population.

*Requirements:*
* Team oriented mindset, not an independent practice mindset
* Loves to work with other NP’s with limited MD supervision

*Compensation:*
* $85-110,000 annual salary, Plus Student Loan Repayment!
* Full medical benefits, life insurance, malpractice paid, SEP 
retirement contribution at 2%
* 1.5 Months off per year : 4.5 weeks paid time off per year plus 1 week 
CME’s and $2500
and almost 2 weeks off in Holidays
