seeks a skilled, compassionate nurse
practitioner with hospice/palliative care experience. Certification 
preferred. Enjoy a supportive
team environment and a deep commitment to the care of patients. CHHH is 
a CHAP certified
non-profit organization, beloved by its community. It operates 12 bed 
care center (Longview)
and provides home health/ hospice services in SW Washington/ Columbia 
County, Oregon.
Second care center opening spring 2015 (Vancouver, WA). Excellent 
compensation/ benefits.
Company car for local travel plus technology to streamline reporting/work.
