*Position Summary:*
The Atlanta Center for Holistic and Integrative Medicine is accepting 
applications for full-time
employment for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a strong clinical, 
administrative,
emergency medicine, and family medicine background. The ideal candidate 
will be an
actively practicing Family Nurse Practitioner, nationally board 
certified, and experienced as a
nurse practitioner in the primary care/integrative medicine facility.

*Qualifications – Required:*
* Current license in the State of Georgia.
* Current certification as an FNP.
* A minimum of two years of experience as an FNP and one year 
administrative experience.

*Minimum Education Requirements:*
Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner training program

*Responsibilities Summary:*
* Obtain complete and accurate histories; order laboratory, imaging and 
diagnostic studies
appropriate for patient conditions.
* Perform complete physical examination and record pertinent data in the 
electronic medical
record.
* Analyze, interpret, and evaluate subjective and objective finding to 
develop an assessment
in order to initiate a treatment plan or referral to appropriate 
physician or provider.
* Collaborate/consult with the physician and other disciplines as 
indicated in the delivery of
total patient care.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care based on assessment of 
the physical,
psychological, emotional, societal and environmental needs of the patient.
* Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, 
anticipated outcomes, and
referrals.
* Participate in staff meetings, department, and community events.
* Assist in the development and implementation of medical policies and 
procedures.
* Oversee procurement, quality and maintenance of clinical equipment and 
supplies.

*Knowledge Skills and Abilities:*
* BLS required; ACLS preferred.
* Active DEA registration and prescribing privilege

Schedule: Full-time, hourly role with evening hours
