*Nurse Practitioner: Ambulatory Palliative Care (Full-Time)*

*Nurse Practitioner: Ambulatory Palliative Care (Full-Time)*

Monday-Friday: 8A-5P. Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner in 
Palliative and/or End-of
Life Care preferred. 2 - 4 years experience. Graduate of a Nationally 
Certified and Accredited
Nurse Practitioner program. Ability to perform CPR. Current Delaware APN 
or PA license.
Current CPR Certification. Occasional ability to respond to and 
withstand crisis situations. This
individual provides direct patient care through the Beebe Population 
Health department, with
specific focus on the care of palliative care patients, and those 
transitioning out of the acute
care setting. The Nurse Practitioner in this role will practice 
according to established protocols,
policies, procedures, and accepted standards of care. Functions within 
approved scope and
  credentials as approved by Beebe Healthcare credentialing committee. 
Follow established
nursing standards, procedures, and practices, and gives specific patient 
care directions to
nursing and other support staff.
