*Shopping/Retail Walk In Care Clinic seeks an Family Nurse 
Practitioner/FNP in a friendly
small town in Central Illinois *-Oglesby/Peru, IL area! 1 hour from 
Joliet Illinois. 1 month off per
year!

FNP will get to work in friendly fun environment where they will get to 
stay busy and build
relationships with patients but also get to treat tourists and other 
people just passing through!
This position is replacing someone who has been in the position for 5 
years – person is
relocating out of state.

*Requirements:*
* Not open to new grads – unless they are comfortable working alone
* Must be able to work alone
* Be flexible and provide great service

*Compensation:*
* $75-95,000 year In salary
* 1 Month paid time off per year –plus 1 week CME time and $2,000
* Excellent medical benefits-100% paid, disability, dental, HSA, life, 
vision, retirement, tuition
reimbursement

*About:*
* A 40 hour work week. Clinic open: Mon-Friday = 830a-830p. Saturday 
830-5p, Sunday 10a-5p
and Holidays 10a-2p. 1 week the FNP or PA will work Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, 
and Sun. Then only
Wednesday and Thursday the next week. Clinic is open 364 days a year. No 
Call.
* FNP will treat 10-25 patients per day-. Lots of repeat patients, will 
come in when their PCP/
primary care/family practice is booked or closed. Working independent of 
MD at the clinic. ER /
Emergency Care nearby
* Duties include: coughs/colds/flu, poison ivy, no x ray equipment on 
site, UTI’s, no suturing or
lacerations, clinic doesn’t treat pregnant women.
* MSN/ APRN-Advanced Practice / ARNP / FNP-BC, Family Nurse Practitioner 
will be working
independently in Urgent Care/Retail Clinic but will always have an MD 
available by phone.
* Ideal candidate will live close to the shopping mall and be a part of 
the community
