*Nurse Practitioner - Medical and Surgical Weight Management *

NorthStar Medical specializes in Sleep Medicine, Medical Weight 
Management and Pulmonary
Rehabilitation. We currently have a need for a full time Nurse 
Practitioner for our growing
Medical/Surgical Weight Management department.

We are seeking an ARNP to perform a variety of duties in the evaluation, 
treatment planning,
and management of patient care in medically supervised weight management 
and
perioperative care of surgical patients. Candidate must have excellent 
communication,
interpersonal skills and empathy for patients with the diagnosis of 
morbid obesity, obesity and
overweight. Ideal candidate will have experience in internal 
medicine/primary care and
management of chronic diseases related to obesity. A strong desire to 
prevent or reverse
health issues related to weight is important. Experience in nutritional 
and behavioral
counseling would be beneficial.

We offer competitive salary, benefits and a supportive management team! 
Patient hours are
Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends and no on-call. Please
