*Nurse Practitioner*

We are looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner that we hope will grow 
into a supervisory role.
This position will service our Meridian and Caldwell offices. You will 
work with our Nurse
Practitioners as you learn the business and will deliver high quality 
weight loss care to our
patients. Other duties will include medical compliance, and quality 
assurance. As you learn
and become accustomed to our systems the position should evolve into a 
supervisory role
that will be responsible for conducting Nurse Practitioner annual 
reviews, as well as be
involved in the hiring and other administrative duties as needed. 
Occasional travel to our
Coeur d’Alene or Spokane clinics may be required.

*Required Competencies:*
* 2-3 years of supervising other NPs
* Must get along with staff of all levels
* Willingly cooperate and work collaboratively toward solutions that 
generally benefit all
involved parties; work cooperatively to accomplish company objectives
* Be a leader for others with regard to company policies and philosophy
* Excellent  communication with Providers
* Current unrestricted license in Idaho
* Unrestricted DEA license.

*Desired Competencies: /(Will train as needed)/*
* 2-3 years in medical weight loss management
* Familiarity with age management care
* Familiarity with BHRT
* Familiarity with Low-T and men’s health
* Current unrestricted license in Washington

*Compensation:*
* 74,880 -108,160 per year based on experience
* Health Insurance
* 401K
* Vacation & Sick leave
* Production Bonuses
* No on call or weekends
