*Additional Requirements:*

Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing required with certification of NP/APN. Three 
to five years prior
experience in related health care setting required.
Active New Jersey License/eligibility for National Certification in 
specialty if applicable.
  BLS required.
CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator) desired.

Responsible for performing duties independently following established 
and standardized
procedures and methods referring questionable situations to physician. 
Provides primary
health care through assessment, diagnosis, clinical judgment and 
management abilities
to restore, maintain and improve the health status of patients. Performs 
nursing practice in
the care of patients.
