Excellent opportunity for an experienced, certified Family Nurse 
Practitioner for in-house Acute
Care Department. The practice will also include some primary care. 
Weekdays only, outpatient
practice. Guaranteed salary, generous benefits package, and moving 
allowance. We are a
physician-owned, financially strong multi-specialty group of 20 
physicians, 2 physician
assistants, and 1 adult nurse practitioner and have been serving our 
region for over 65 years.

Grants Pass Clinic is the largest primary care facility in Southern 
Oregon and consists of
internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, general surgery, 
podiatry and acute care. Our
patients benefit from in-house laboratory and radiology services.

We have had a fully integrated outpatient electronic medical record 
system since 2008.

Our group continues to be instrumental in evolving health care at the 
local level. In 2012 the
State of Oregon designated Grants Pass Clinic as a Tier 3 Patient 
Centered Primary Care
Medical Home (PCPCH) and in 2015 we received their highest 3 STAR 
designation.

Grants Pass is located on the wild and scenic Rogue River. The area is 
renowned for its
whitewater rafting and fly fishing. A wide variety of recreational and 
cultural opportunities
exist for the entire family. Southern Oregon's best known features 
include the Oregon
Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, the Britt Music Festival in 
Jacksonville, and Oregon Caves
National Monument. We are one hour north of the California border, and 
within two hours of
Redwood National Park, Crater Lake National Park, and the Oregon coast. 
Our four-season
climate most closely resembles that of the temperate Napa Valley. It 
affords a long growing
season and ample opportunity for golfing, tennis, hiking, and camping. 
We also have a
vibrant city recreation program and many beautiful local parks to enjoy.
