Urology based company seeking Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and treat 
nursing home/skilled
care patients with urinary incontinence. Position requires daily travel 
in and around the San
Antonio area with occasional overnight travel in other areas of Texas. 
Experience in urology,
home health, hospice or geriatrics a plus but not required.

* Full Time Position Day Shift, Monday – Friday

*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* NP – Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with MSN.
* Possess current unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse 
Practitioner in the state of Texas,
DEA/NPI number, and a current Medicare enrollment number.
* Maintain current certifications.
* Demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable 
to patients and
families
* Demonstrate capacity to be flexible to meet the patient’s/nursing home 
schedule so as to
ensure appropriate coverage and high quality services.
* Demonstrate skill in resolving conflicts and promoting positive 
outcomes for patients and
families.
* Provide necessary care for patients as required by position.
* Computer literate, ability to navigate the Internet and ability to 
operate basic medical
equipment (training provided).
* Must have reliable automobile, valid driver’s license and the minimum 
state required liability
auto insurance.
