*About the 2 Primary care positions in Riverhead-Long Island:*
* Must be able to communicate in Spanish without an interpreter;
* must have 1-2 years’ experience in an outpatient position
* Can see all ages or just adults
* Riverhead – Long Island area clinic

*About the 3 OBGYN positions in Coram NY- Long Island:*
* Mon-fri: 35 hours a week , one evening per week, no weekends.
* 100% outpatient, 75% OB/obstetrics seeing see full spectrum prenatal 
and gyn/gynecological
patients. no hospital deliveries
* MSN/ APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ARNP/ Family, Adult, 
Women’s Health,
FNP/ANP/WHNP-BC, Nurse Practitioner, CNM/Certified Nurse Midwife or 
Physician
Assistant/PA-C will work in a team setting – not alone; work 
collaboratively with ob-gyn’s and
FP providers

*About the Primary care position in Yonkers, Westchester County:*
* Must be able Fluent in Spanish
* FNP only
* Will see all ages
* Brand new office and building

*Compensation:*
* $100-115,000 in year 1 in salary. Sign bonus and relocation bonus
* 4 week vacation, 12 sick days, 2 personal days, 1 week CME plus 
stipend, a 403B pension
savings plan with a 2-5% annual contribution, reimbursement for license, 
DEA and specialty
membership fees
