Behavioral Health Therapist/LPC/LISW sought for an outpatient setting in 
Springfield Ohio!

The counselor will get to work in a collegial team setting where they 
have all the resources needed to best serve their patient population. 
This group is passionate about bringing the best healthcare possible to 
patients that may not always be able to afford it. This new counselor 
will get to see patients change and be a part of a building healthcare 
community where quality care is highly valued.

About:
* Mon-Fri: 830a-530p. We have some therapists who choose to work later 
in the evenings, come in later, and that is a possibility if the 
candidate would prefer it.
* LISW-S /LPCC-S / Licensed professional counselor / Licensed 
Independent Social Worker /Pediatric Behavioral Health Therapist
* The therapist counsels adults, children and their families regarding 
emotional problems centered on environmental issues, behavioral issues, 
issues of abuse and neglect and development as well as drug/alcohol 
(AOD) issues.
* The therapist is supervised by the Director of Behavioral Health.
* Consult with the primary care team or treating psychiatrist and other 
specialists concerning treatment plans and amend plans as directed.
* Conduct family counseling and education, Develop and implement 
therapeutic treatment plans with patients in a medical setting, Perform 
diagnostic assessments to obtain biopsychosocial history
* Strongly prefer someone who is independently licensed – LISW-LPC

Compensation:
* $38,000-46,000 annual salary. $41,000-46,000 for Independent licensed
* Excellent health benefits, dental, Vision, LTD-STD, 401k, and life 
benefits.
* 1 Month paid time off per year
