*About Facility and what it offers:*
​We are a large urgent care clinic located just past Walmart​ (at the 
intersection of Freeway Dr. & Stewart Rd.)​ in Mount Vernon, WA, ​with 
easy freeway access.​ We are a well established, extremely busy urgent 
care\family practice clinic in operation for 10 years now with a 90-mile 
reach of patients.​ Our clinic is fully furnished​​, the decor is modern 
and comforting. There is signage including a ​very large​ LED sign​ with 
a​ ​ constantly changing screen that attracts new patients to us daily. 
​Our clinic currently has a dedicated and highly educated staff 
consisting of nurses, billing/coding personnel, and business manager. 
This is a complete turn key facility, the incoming provider will only 
need their personal office supplies, nothing more as all clinic and main 
office supplies are included. We do weight management, body contouring 
and laser as well. On-site lab and x-ray. ​
