Nurse Practitioner
Medical Weight Loss Clinic *

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner for our bariatric/preventative 
health care clinic that
specializes in medical weight loss and bio-identical hormone replacement 
therapy for both
men and women. Our goal is to improve patient care, advance staff 
clinical skills and increase
customer satisfaction. If you do not have experience in this particular 
specialty, we will train you.

This position will be a full-time position, working 30-40 hours a week. 
No on-call, nights, or
weekends! Our office is a stress free environment. Candidate needs to 
have the required
license(s) to practice in the State of Washington. The candidate also 
must be well organized,
compassionate with patients, have a positive attitude, is reliable and 
works well with staff.

Annual salary will vary from $78,000 - $124,800 based on experience; 
plus benefits!
