Park Nicollet Clinic – St. Louis Park*

Park Nicollet Clinic is seeking a full-time PNP to join its growing 
multi-specialty clinic in St. Louis Park, MN. Practice includes 
partnering with our pediatricians in managing the acute and chronic care 
of patients along with well-child care visits at 13 Park Nicollet Clinic 
locations.

PN offers full spectrum of pediatric services including: eating 
disorders, pediatric endocrinology, pediatric orthopedics, pediatric 
ophthalmology, and child/adolescent mental health services. We highly 
encourage community involvement through outreach, free community 
clinics, and relationships with area schools. We are dedicated to the 
full implementation of the medical home model.
