Job Location: Princeton & Shrewsbury, NJ

Essex, Passaic, Union, Morris, Monmouth, and Mercer counties, the Group 
is able to deliver care in both office-based and hospital settings.

*Job Summary:*
Ensure the provision of high quality and operationally efficient care to 
patients in the Princeton and Shrewsbury NJ office locations. The NP 
will support the physicians of The Cardiovascular Care Group in office 
based vascular procedures, including ablations and phlebectomies.

Clinical responsibilities will include:
* Evaluate, treat and triage patients
* Order appropriate lab work and diagnostic procedures.
* Interpret data to determine diagnosis and plan.
* Administer medications and injections in compliance with state law and 
office guidelines.
* Provide patient education
* Provide monitoring and continuity of care between physician and visits.
* Triage patient telephone calls and provides consultation.
* Identify clinical operational needs.

*Requirements:*
* Minimum ten years nursing experience, with at least five years 
demonstrated success as a Nurse Practitioner. Experience in a vascular 
surgery setting preferred.
* Excellent diagnostic skills; effective problem solver
* Strong patient orientation/customer service skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR
* Licensed RN and certification as Advanced Practice Nurse in the State 
of NJ required.
* Masters prepared and certified as Nurse Practitioner
* BLS and ACLS certification
