*Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) *

We provide medical services for residents at long-term facilities 
including skilled units. The practitioner will be involved in the 
management of subacute illness after acute hospitalization and chronic 
disease management on long-term care residents.

*Position Description: *
Full Time

*Job Duties: *
* Evaluation and treatment of patients in subacute and long-term care 
setting
* Prescriptions
* Lab orders
* Reviewing & responding to communication from facilities

*Qualifications: *
ARNP/PA degree from an accredited school
Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

*Salary: *
