We are seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner to work as part of our 
fertility team in our San Francisco or Novato office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Evaluation and treatment
    - Follow-up visits
    - Progress/special reports
    - Physician to physician phone calls
    - Prescription refills
    - Medication injection instructions of intramuscular and 
subcutaneous injections
2. Completes all necessary reports in a timely manner.
3. Facilitates appropriate medical authorization
4. Communicates with referral sources regarding medical needs and 
authorization issues
5. Performs peer to peer reviews and appeals
6. Regular communication with all patients regarding medical needs, 
follow-up care, procedure preparation and/or discharge instructions

A minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience is preferred.
