*Pacific Lutheran University* seeks 2 Nurse Practitioners to provide 
health care and health education to all students at the Student Health 
Center. This is a FT, 12 month position working Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm. The 
hiring range is $42.00 - $46.00 per hour, DOE + excellent benefits.

_Essential Functions and Responsibilities:_
* Provide preventative health care including birth control counseling, 
physical exams, pelvic exams, pap smears, breast and testicular exams.
* Present health education information and counseling with each visit to 
increase student’s knowledge of illness, treatment and prevention.
* Provide travel counseling/medications/vaccinations for students/staff 
traveling internationally.
* Make referrals as needed to community resources and specialty medical 
care.
* Serve on Wellness Coalition and participate in outreach health 
education for students and families throughout the academic year.

_Required Qualifications:_
1. Graduation from accredited nurse practitioner program.
2. Licensure and prescriptive authority in Washington State.
