*Child/Adolescent ARNP Psychiatric lead — Youth Eastside Services 
(Bellevue/Redmond) 10-20 hours/week*

YES is seeking a psychiatric ARNP to be our lead coordinator and a 
provider of psychiatric services, working in conjunction with our 8 
hours/week contracted psychiatrist. This position can be negotiated as 
either an hourly contractor role 10-19 hours per week, or as a half time 
(20 hours/week) employee with benefits. The ARNP will provide 
consultation, psychiatric diagnostic evaluation and medication 
management to patients in coordination with our multidisciplinary team 
of Therapists, Chemical Dependency Professionals and the psychiatrist. 
The Psychiatric Lead also oversees the contracted psychiatrist and 
provides coverage for medication refills and medical needs for the hours 
that the psychiatrist is not on site at YES through a limited on-call 
function. As the Psychiatric Lead, this position plays a key role in 
working with agency leadership in developing and implementing a 
psychiatric program that is both optimal in meeting consumer needs and 
financial management of these services.

*Qualifications:* Experience in providing outpatient psychiatric care to 
children/youth and working with families. Active WA license, DEA 
certified, and the ability for YES to bill and be reimbursed by 
Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance through your credentials.
