*Advanced Behavioral Medicine and Neuropsychology Associates, PLLC* is a 
group private practice in Tacoma looking for a *Psychiatric Nurse 
Practitioner (PMHNP)* to complement our existing group, which serves a 
wide referral base. Our practice has been in existence since 1986 and is 
comprised of 4 psychologists (soon 5), a MS level psychometrist, and 2 
office staff. We have a great reputation in a good market. Our caseloads 
are generally booked out 5+ weeks. We can help a PMHNP acquire work 
experience quickly, which can be a financially rewarding opportunity. 
Office staff provides support services such as credentialing (i.e. 
getting on insurance panels), reception, scheduling, prescription 
refills, filing, billing, transcription and other clerical services, so 
the clinical staff can do what they do best: Clinical Work. We are 
looking for someone who wants to work in a private practice and has 
entrepreneurial interests and skills. This requires a person who has 
some basic understanding of how a business functions: i.e. that income 
is tied to productivity and that earning potential is essentially 
uncapped. We primarily treat older teens and adults from ages 16 to 95. 
Most of our patients have stress related health problems, chronic pain, 
depression, PTSD, insomnia, anxiety and/or neurological problems. We are 
looking for someone interested in making a long-term commitment to the 
practice. Although we have needs for a full time PMHNP, a 
flexible/Part-time schedule could also be possible.
