*Nurse Practitioner - Pain Management Clinic*

Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital located in St. Johnsbury, VT is 
seeking a FT (32 hours per week) Nurse Practitioner for our Pain 
Management Clinic

Nurse Practitioner committed to providing exceptional care as an 
integral member of the Pain Clinic Care team. Experience in 
comprehensive care in outpatient care with chronic pain management is 
preferred. Complete history and physical examinations, orders and 
interpretation of lab results. Effectively formulate treatment plans, 
write consults, prescribe medications. Document patient care using EMR 
and dictation system. Must have current VT Certification as a Nurse 
Practitioner by the American Nurses Association or AANP. MS preferred. 
Eligible for, or currently licensed to practice with prescriptive 
authority in the State of Vermont. ACLS required.
