*Family Nurse Practitioner Wanted*

FamilyCare of Kent (familycareofkent.com) is actively seeking a 5th 
family nurse practitioner to join our 4 FNP practice. Originally 
established in 1985 by Bob Smithing, FNP & Maddy Wiley, FNP we have 
continued to grow and are looking to add an additional FNP.

*Our ideal candidate will:*

  * Have 2+ years of experience (but we will consider new grads)
  * Be currently licensed in WA state (but this position will be open
    until filled)
  * Be a strong clinician
  * Have demonstrated leadership, both working with staff and within the
    profession
  * Be interested in the business of running a practice

*Additional Strengths:*

  * Current preceptor of NPs
  * Strong orthopedic clinical skills
  * Strong women’s health clinical skills
  * Experience with procedures and/or a clear willingness to learn
  * Willingness to excel

*Benefits: *

  * Compensation will depend on experience and skills
  * DEA licensure covered
  * CE
  * FT work week is 4 10h days with up to 22 patients being seen a day
  * At present Mo-Fr so weekends are free
  * Malpractice coverage
  * Vacation
  * Practice in the best state in the USA for FNPs
