*Direct Hire* role but it is hourly
- Pay $43 – 50/hr DOE

*Hours:*
- 40 hours a week. No nights or weekends
- M/W/F – 7a to 4p; Tu/Th – 8a-5p

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct exams and develop plans to 
evaluate and treat injuries, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions. 
This includes coordinating and facilitating wellness activities, 
performing diagnostic tests and screenings, and prescribing medications 
and medical devices. You will spend your time educating members about 
preventative care and medical treatments and performing minor surgical 
interventions when needed. The Nurse Practitioner will also collaborate 
with the PCP around wellness outcomes for high risk members in order to 
create personal health plans and drive positive behavior changes.

*Basic Qualifications:*

  * Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program or
    equivalent relevant work experience
  * Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in state of MN
  * Current Basic and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification
  * At least 2 years of work experience in a Family Practice, Internal
    Medicine, Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Primary Care or
    Urgent Care health center setting

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  * Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from an accredited program
  * Certification as a nurse practitioner by appropriate professional
    organization

*Expectations:*

  * Must have an affidavit on file stating you have completed 2,080
    hours of collaborative practice on site with a physician in an
    integrated clinical setting working together with the physician
  * Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, overtime or
    irregular hours when needed
  * Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security
    policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding
    corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent
    and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  * Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  * Must live in or near the Arden Hills, MN area
