Our office is currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner/ Pediatric 
Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. We are looking for a 
full or part-time committed to providing compassionate care within the

*Job Requirements:*
Functioning independently and in collaboration with a clinical team, the 
Family Nurse Practitioner/ Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will be 
responsible for performing age-appropriate assessments for patients in 
regard to overall health promotion, prevention, maintenance, and 
education for patients, as well as developmental, learning, or 
behavioral diagnoses.

The Family Nurse Practitioner/ Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will also 
order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests/evaluations 
relative to patient’s age-specific needs as well as implement and 
monitor interventions, using age-appropriate guidelines. Identify 
changes in a child's signs and symptoms and intervene in emergent 
situations.　Provides education and encourages patient, family members 
and/or caregivers in therapeutic activities.

Must be able to work with children and young adults with complex medical 
and/or behavioral needs. Must also possess excellent communication 
skills with the ability to be an effective team collaborator.　 Maintain 
privacy and confidentiality in nurse practitioner/child relations. More 
importantly,　a potential candidate should serve as the child's advocate 
and provide the complete, empathetic　care they deserve.

We welcome students for externship in our clinic also.
