CHI Health, is seeking a*Palliative Care, Nurse Practitioner*to join an 
established team in the Omaha, Nebraska and Council Bluffs Iowa metro.

outpatient as we strive to meet the needs of our seriously ill 
population. Palliative Care experience required.

This opportunity offers:
* Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday
* Spend part time working in consultation based inpatient hospital 
services and part time in an outpatient palliative service site.
* Team Environment Focused on Patient Care
* Call: Rotating 1:4 Weekends
* See an average of 6-8 patients per day
* Counsels and educates patients, their families and caregivers
* Work independently in collaboration with our Palliative Care Physicians

Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner Studies from an accredited program
* Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
* Palliative Care or hospice experience highly desireable
* Nurse Practitioner experience required
* Obtain ACHPN certification within one year of employment
* Must be familiar with Advanced Care Planning
* Ability to obtain licensure in Nebraska and Iowa
* BLS
