This individual provides direct patient care as a Nurse Practitioner 
according to established protocols, policies, procedures, and accepted 
standards of care. Functions within approved scope and credentials as 
approved by Beebe Medical Center credentialing committee. Follow 
established nursing standards, procedures, and practices, and gives 
specific patient care directions to nursing and other staff. In order to

Requirements:
* Graduate of an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program.
* Nursing experience in ENIT, Critical Care or Emergency Medicine.
* Ability to perform CPR.6 months training in ICU with a mid level 
provider, 2nd 6 months partial time in ICU and partial time in ENIT.

Responsibilities:
* Assessments.
* Does assessments of all patients that are high risk.
* Diagnostics.
* Orders and evaluates studies as needed for patient care.
* Documentation per policy.
* Promotes prevention.
* Monitors high risk patient such as sepsis screens and AEW.
* Evaluation.
* Evaluates patients response to care.
* Risk Assessment.
* ID all High risk patients.
* Communication.
* Professional communication with all members of healthcare team, 
patient and family.
* Coaching/Counseling.
* Provides needed real time education with staff.
* Quality and Timeliness of Work.
* Manages time and care appropriately.

Credentials - Essential:
* ADV PRACT NURSE - Advanced Practical Nurse
* ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Competencies and Skills - Essential:
* Clear Communication Skills Both Written And Verbal
* Knowledge Of Basic Computer Programs
* Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members
* Able To Withstand Crisis Situations
* Has Skills To Provides Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And 
Visitors
