looking for a Manager of Operations to oversee our local clinics and
teams. <br><br>
Essential Accountabilities:</b> <br>
* Hires and recruits for Practitioner and Practitioner Team Lead
positions. <br>
* Schedules and supervises team of Nurse Practitioners <br>
* Promote staff development through training and support as manager
expert for new clinics <br>
* Insure clinical quality by collaborating with a local Medical Director
and serving as an expert <br>
for clinical guideline questions and issues. <br>
* Represents MinuteClinic to local media and medical and patient
communities <br>
* Multi-clinic facility management including corporate relations,
budgeting and the forecasting<br>
of staffing and infrastructure needs <br><br>
Requirements:</b> <br>
* Masters Degree in Science <br>
* National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner <br>
* Two + years as a Family Nurse Practitioner <br>
* Current RN license in applicable state <br>
* Current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification <br>
* Previous management experience <br>
* Previous business or retail experience desirable <br>
* Passion for the MinuteClinic concept and vision <br>
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills <br>
* Proven team builder <br>
* Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching <br>
* Competence in analyzing data for decision making <br>
* Effective conflict resolution skills <br><br>
