We are currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our Valencia
facility located in the <br>
Santa Clarita Valley. <br><br>
POSITION SUMMARY:</b> <br>
Under the supervision of and in collaboration with qualified physicians,
provides direct and <br>
indirect patient care services under written and approved standardized
protocols and <br>
procedures. <br><br>
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:</b> <br>
* Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred. Must be National Certified or
eligible for National <br>
Certification within area of appropriate specialty; successful completion
of a Nurse Practitioner <br>
training program and certification by the State Board of Registered
Nursing; current Nurse <br>
Practitioner license and Furnishing Number to practice nursing in this
state; current BLS for <br>
Health Care Providers. Experience in Internal Medicine and/or Family
Practice required. <br>
* RNP qualifications are as follows: <br>
* Candidate must posses National Certificate or be eligible for exam
<br>
* If eligible for exam, candidate must present scheduled date to sit for
exam <br>
* If hired, RNP must take exam within 6 months of hire date <br>
* RNP must successfully pass exam within 12 months of hire date <br><br>
