provides continuity of care for each patient by educating patients and

diagnosis and treatment, conducting physical examination, determining
therapy required at <br>
each visit, performing invasive procedures, ordering and interpreting
laboratory and diagnostic <br>
studies, and providing patient follow-up. <br><br>
