"Home" Visit NP practice seeking experienced Geriatric or Adult
NP. We provide primary care <br>
services to patients living in adult family homes, assisted living
facilities, dementia units and <br>
private homes. We support the philosophy that the frail elders of our
community deserve the <br>
opportunity to remain in their homes and that physical and mental
disability should not isolate <br>
them from good primary care services. Candidates should be experienced
and competent in <br>
managing patients with multiple chronic illnesses. Strong internal
medicine experience <br>
expected. Prior experience with SNF, home care, palliative and/or hospice
care helpful. Must <br>
be eligible for licensure in WA State. We provide a base pay dependent on
experience plus a <br>
% of productivity. Health Benefit package included. Candidate responsible
for transportation. <br><br>
Schedule offers flexibility with the expectation of 30 hours/week, Thurs,
Friday and Saturday <br>
initially with the opportunity for fulltime. Some on call included.
