Part-time position (3 days/wkno holidays, weekends, or hospital admits).
Mid September – end <br>
of January 2010. Includes a high number of chronic disease management
patients (i.e. diabetes, <br>
obesity, cholesterol, etc.). Chronic disease management experience
preferred. <br><br>
Duties: <br>
- Counsel patients on test results, nutrition, & diabetes
treatment/education <br>
- Triage patient calls <br>
- Adjust medications, fill prescriptions <br>
- Order labs <br>
- Assist MDs in chart review & patient care <br><br>
Qualifications: <br>
ARNP degree from an accredited school; WA State License, DEA License,
current CPR <br>
certification; CDE preferred. <br><br>
