A Nurse practitioner practice specializing in the care of home bound
elders in Snohomish <br>
County and No. King County is seeking an independent, experienced
Geriatric NP to do home <br>
visits. Established 2001. Recently moved to new office in Snohomish with
computer networking <br>
improvements. NP to work Mon-Friday, full time schedule. On call 1
weekend per month. <br>
Schedule does offer flexibility. Practice allows close follow-up with
frail elders with multiple <br>
chronic illness. Strong emphasis on palliative care, keeping patients
stable and out of the ER. <br>
“Medical Home” model similarities. Physician consultant on staff.

Fixed, guaranteed salary first 6 months then salary percentage of
productivity. Benefit package<br>
includes medical coverage and potential for profit sharing after first
year successful employment. <br><br>
