We are currently seeking a full-time Employee Occupational Health
Clinical Coordinator</b> to <br>
develop and manage the Occupational and Employee Health program services.
Responsibilities <br>
will include developing the in-house clinic, providing case management,
managing the <br>
transitional duty program and coordinating safety and prevention measures
to support optimum <br>
hospital standards. <br><br>
Qualified candidates must possess: <br>
* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree in Occupational Health
Nursing preferred) OR <br>
a Physician Assistant Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) <br>
* California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license with
active furnishing license <br>
* Basic Life Support Certification <br>
* Training/certification requirements for 49 CFR Part 40 drug testing
<br>
* A minimum of three to five years clinical management experience in an
occupational health, <br>
employee health, ambulatory care or emergency setting as a nurse
practitioner or<br>
physician assistant <br>
* Knowledge and experience with disability management, basic economics,
ADA, HIPAA, FMLA, <br>
OSHA, Workers’ Compensation statues, applicable NP/PA acts and all
regulatory requirements <br>
* Experience with return-to-work programs <br><br>
