<p><big><font size="2"><big>The PNP in this Transitional Care Unit
is a member of the team that cares for <br>
infants with a variety of pulmonary/chronic medical
conditions that require <br>
mechanical ventilator or other assistive support. In
addition to using advanced <br>
nursing and leadership skills in this role, the PNP is a
patient/family advocate, a <br>
member of the team that provides comprehensive care for
children transitioning <br>
from the Level IV NICU to a long term care facility. MSN,
current Ohio licensure, APN <br>
certification, minimum of 2 years of PNP experience in
pulmonary transitional care<br>
