Health Nurse Practitioner--Southeast Texas <br>

<p><big>We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP -
Family or Adult) for an <br>
Outpatient Psychiatric Practice in Southeast, Texas. This
Center is a community <br>
based center and provides behavioral health services to
people with mental illness, <br>
intellectual and developmental disabilities and chemical
dependencies. The <br>
Psychiatrists will consider an experience provider or new
graduate. Other providers <br>
on site. Schedule will be 8a - 5p, M-F. No call and no
weekends with the potential of <br>
working 4X10s. Anticipated patient volume will be 20-25
patients per day (3 patients <br>
per hour, excluding therapy). Scope of your practice will be
Psych Evaluations, <br>
Follow-ups, Visits, Med Management, Therapy, etc. High
autonomy once established. <br>
The PMHNP will have an RN, and Case worker assigned to them
with excellent <br>
collaborating support from the Medical Director. The payor
mix is mostly Medicare/ <br>
Medicaid with some private insurance patients and the
patient mix includes Bipolar, <br>
Schizophrenia and personality disorders as well as substance
abuse. Base Salary <br>
Starts at <b>$100,000 to $105,000 for new/ recent graduates</b>
with a comprehensive <br>
benefit package including 3 wks vacation, malpractice,
health insurance, dental/<br>
vision/disability, retirement, and 1 week paid CME and CME
allowance. Paid <br>
Malpractice and all dues fees and licensure. Relocation
assistance and sign-on <br>
bonus. This position offers Federal Loan Repayment
Assistance with a high HPSA <br>
score (requires 2 year commitment). This would pay $60,000
to your Federally <br>
qualified student loans given its high HPSA/ HRSA rating for
a two year commitment <br>
and $30,000 for each following year. Great opportunity in a
