Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse <br>
Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a quaint small town in
West-Central Minnesota! <br>
Close access to Alexandria, MN. 1 hour North of Montevideo. </big>
<p><big>About: <br>
* Mon-fri: 830-530p. Primary care for mostly adults, option
to treat peds / pediatric <br>
patients. <br>
* ANP, FNP or PA will work in a team setting working with
other MD-NP-PA's <br>
* Morning hospital / inpatient rounding (will train if
needed) to small hospital with 1 <br>
MD and 1 NP <br>
* 18-22 patients a day seen on average in the primary care /
family practice clinic. </big></p>
<p><big>Requirement: <br>
* Team oriented FNP or PA - desire to be a part of the team
and community <br>
* Patient/customer satisfaction focused </big></p>
<p><big>Compensation: <br>
* $88-125,000 annually. 88-102,000 base salary in year 1.
90-125,000 in year 2 (in <br>
productivity) and beyond. <br>
* Plus 7% of salary going into retirement with immediate
vesting! <br>
* Excellent medical, dental, LTD-STD, and life benefits.
Group pays for 95% of<br>
individual medical benefits. <br>
* 5-6 weeks PTO/yr plus Holidays off. </big></p>
