<p><big><b>Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Ambulatory Services</b>
(Req. # 36906) <br>
This Nurse Practitioner will be accountable for the clinical
management of a diverse client <br>
population, including, but limited to chronically mentally
ill, chemical dependency, geriatrics <br>
and MRDD. Knowledge of CICOA regulations & general
inpatient medical experience are <br>
preferred. </big></p>
<p><big><b>Nurse Practitioner – Working Well</b> (Req. # 36578)

This Family Nurse Practitioner will work between
Occupational Health clinics as well as <br>
various on-site clinics. Occupational Health (or ER) and
Family Practice experience preferred. </big></p>
<p><big><b>Nurse Practitioner – Occupational Health</b> (Req. #
36951) <br>
This Nurse Practitioner will work between Occupational
Health Clinics as well as various <br>
on-site clinics. Occupational Health (or ER) and Family
Practice experience preferred. </big></p>
<p><big><b>Nurse Practitioner – Radiation Therapy</b> (Req. #
37235) <br>
This Nurse Practitioner must possess at least 5 years of
oncology nursing experience and a <br>
passion for working with cancer patients. </big></p>
<p><big><b>Nurse Practitioner – ICU</b> (Req. # 37493) <br>
This Nurse Practitioner must possess at least 5 years of RN
experience. ICU experience is <br>
preferred. </big></p>
<p><big>The above positions require the following qualifications
in addition to what is listed above. <br>
*Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program <br>
*Valid registration and current license as an RN in the
State of Indiana <br>
*Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program </big></p>
