A Question for All IndepentlOperating APN's:
I have recently experienced new reimbursement rejections for many
Horizon BCBS "out-of-network" behanvioral health clients.  When I call the
insurance company I am told that the codes I am using can only be used
by psychologists and social workers (90807 & 90809). This has just recently started
occurring.  Does anyone else have any familiarity with this issue?  I would
like to hear from any one who successfully dealt with these insurance
companies.
