[NPInfo] Letter to Southwest Airlines

The comment about brown-nosing made me smile. I was reminded of a cartoon I 
saw several years ago. A couple was entering a posh restaurant, and the 
Maitre D' was saying "Reservations for Dr. and Mrs. Smith? Would that be an 
MD or merely a PhD?"
